Our 2025 Assessment
At Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, we believe our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is a foundational and vital tool for identifying the region’s most significant health challenges and understanding the factors that shape community well-being. Conducting the CHNA reflects our mission to provide high quality, compassionate care and our commitment to improving every life we touch. By actively listening to our community, learning from diverse perspectives, and grounding our work in our faith-based values, the CHNA informs strategic actions that strengthen health outcomes, advance equity, and support patients, families, and neighborhoods across the Mid-South.
