The Methodist Healthcare Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free confidential, professional assessment, referral, and brief counseling services to all Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Associates and employees of other contracted companies
Services include:
- Brief counseling for employees and members of their household
- Assessment and referral for additional mental health resources
- Consultation for leadership teams
- Mental Health presentations and workshops
- Crisis response
- EAP communication and orientation materials
