We are flexible to meet the needs of families. Hours may vary on some units and floors. Please check with the nurses’ station if you have questions.

Take elevators to Lobby (L). The escalator in the Thomas Wing will take you to the cafeteria on the Ground Level.
Hot meals served at the hours listed below, and the grill is open until 1:30 a.m. daily. Snacks and drinks available anytime. You may bring outside food into the dining room. A microwave is available for you.

Parking
Visitors can park in any hospital lot for free. There are lots on all sides of the hospital and parking garages on the north (Poplar Ave.) side of the hospital and behind the Women’s & Children’s Pavilion.

Cardiac Services
The Cardiovascular Institute at Methodist University Hospital is proud to offer comprehensive cardiac services, including an accredited chest pain center. The accreditation, awarded by the Society of Chest Pain Centers to Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown, Methodist North, Methodist South, and Methodist University hospitals, brings high-level cardiac care to patients in all corners of our community which is vitally important when treating heart attacks.
Outpatient Pharmacy
The outpatient pharmacy, located just off the main lobby on the first floor of the hospital, serves our patients and Associates. Recently, the pharmacy expanded care through our joint ministry with the Church Health Center.
