Through our in-home hospice care program, our team members visit with patients and their families throughout the week in the convenience of their home. A nurse is available by phone 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to answer any questions, provide support and arrange for a hospice team member to visit the patient when needed.
There may come a time when the care of the patient is too difficult to manage in the home, or the patient has no home to go to - that is where the Methodist Hospice Residence can help. Built to function as a hospital, with the look and feel of a home, the Residence can meet most patients’ needs when care in the home is no longer possible.
