Everyone needs a good night’s sleep. It’s an essential part of our lives and to our health and happiness. Yet millions of people are deprived of getting the rest they need and suffer debilitating effects.
To help Mid-Southerners improve their sleep, the Methodist Healthcare Sleep Disorders Center will present a free community educational seminar Tuesday, March 5th at 6:30 p.m. The event will be held at Germantown’s Great Hall and Conference Center, 1900 S. Germantown Rd.
